  Consultation

The online or Face to Face consultation will go through in detail everything you need to know about possible treatment options, and also assess your mental health and provide you with a formulation letter regarding your symptoms and problems. This can be used as support for educational, professional and social assessments.

 The assessment letter is formulated by one of our experienced Therapists as well as our Multi-Disciplinary team. 

We also offer advice for other treatments that might be effective, which we may not currently offer at the Apsley Clinic. 

Our team will objectively assess your mental health needs and collaboratively decide upon the best treatment option with you, may it be therapy or other services. If you do not require or want treatment after the consultation, you will still get your comprehensive formulation letter posted to you within 2 weeks of the consultation, which is included in the price.
