How we work

If you need support as soon as possible, please make a referral through our website and one of our assessors will be in touch with you within 72 hours to assess and identifying the right practitioner and treatment to support you. 

You can also refer for a diagnostic ADHD assessment via our referral form  

 Once you have had your consultation, your practitioner will discuss your treatment plan and we will aim to start treatment as soon as possible with the most appropriate therapist for you. 

This will include the amount of sessions, pricing, and support options. As we deliver person centred care, its important that our support is tailored to you and your needs, so you can make a safe and effective recovery. 

 To ensure you are getting the best care, our team  will review your care and offer further support or options if we think it would benefit you. Of course, all our support is confidential, and we make sure your details are securely stored.

All of our Therapists have access to free supervision, are supported by a multi-disciplinary team so they can offer you the very best treatment.

We understand that mental health problems return throughout our lives, that’s why we ensure that if you need to access our service again, you can do so fast and effectively by contacting us directly without the need for another referral.
